All sales are final. We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect product selection
• Dissatisfaction with results

We take extreme care in packaging and shipping our products to ensure safe delivery. However, if you receive a product that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at pureelevationpeptides@gmail.com.

To process a claim, please provide:

1. Order number
2. Clear photos of the package, product, and issue
3. Description of the problem

If the issue is due to an error on our part (for example, an incorrect product shipped), we will work with you to provide a replacement.

Pure Elevation Peptides is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once tracking information confirms delivery. If a package is marked as delivered but not received, we recommend:

• Checking with neighbors or household members
• Contacting the shipping carrier for further details
• Filing a claim with the carrier if necessary

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled or modified. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.
